Return Policy
At HOPE WARDROBE, we are committed to ensuring you love what you wear and feel good about every purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns.

How to Process a Return

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to Your Account
    Go to the Account Page and log in using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Your Orders
    Once logged in, go to the Orders section and select the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Click the Refund Button
    On the order details page, click the Refund button next to the order you want to return.

  4. Select the Product(s) for Return
    In the refund section, choose the product(s) you wish to return and specify the quantity for each item.

  5. Fill in the Required Information
    You’ll be asked to provide the following:

    • Reason for Return: Select the reason for returning the product(s).
    • Refund Method: Choose how you would like to receive your refund (UPI or Bank Transfer).
      • If you choose UPI, you will be redirected to the UPI Page to enter your UPI details.
      • If you choose Bank Transfer, you will be redirected to the Bank Page to enter your bank account details.

  6. Submit the Refund Form
    Once all required information is filled in, click Submit to finalize your return request.

  7. Return Confirmation
    After submitting the form, you will receive a Return Confirmation email with a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions.

Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund as per your selected method. Refunds will be processed promptly after the return is inspected.

Refunds for Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees.

Exceptions

  • Items that are damaged due to improper care, washing, or use are not eligible for returns.
  • Personalized or custom orders are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

    As a thank-you for participating in this program:

    • Receive 10% cashback on the value of your returned items.
